Ancient Aliens Bs You bring me the alien pictures, I'll bring you the alien war VideoAncient Aliens: Unsolved Mysteries of Area 51 (Season 14) - History
Maybe they're the ones who left us here and our entire existence and religious beliefs are based on ancient alien intervention thousands of years ago.
Maybe planets that can support life as we know it, are kinda rare in our galaxy and they chose ours because it's similar to their own.
Everything said on those shows is couched in weasel words: might, could, perhaps, it is thought, we think It is totally likely that there is life on many other planets within the universe, but the unimaginable distances between inhabited planets makes it extremely unlikely that creatures on any planet, have or ever will visit a different one.
The History Channel was once about history. Now it is worse than the National Enquirer. But I don't blame them, they are in business to make money and so they put on shows that more people will watch.
Answer Save. Favourite answer. Complete male bovine excrement Brigalow Bloke Lv 7. BUT I WILL NEVER GIVE IN TO YOU. YOU WILL NEVER CONTROL ME. FINE, STEP ON ME FREAKY TALL DEMONS.
I NEVER HEARD OF ANY OF THIS BS UNTIL TWO YEARS AGO. I WENT TO A JESUIT COLLEGE. I WILL BE TURNING 46!
WHAT ABOUT ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WERE NOT RAISED WITH ANY RELIGION, OR THE OTHER RELIGIONS.. WE HAVE CHOICE. ALIEN REPTILES????????????
WELL, IT MAKES SENSE ALL THE OTHER SCIENCE FICTION MOVIES BRING IT ON.. WE WILL WIN! IF NOT WE TRIED. It's sad how the atheists became the annoying ones doing anything they can to get us off religion I am very happy with my religion, I believe in God and I always since I was a child felt the presence of angels.
I'm not an idiot who believes every single word in the holy books. I only believe the facts they have in common. It's just extremely hard to believe that we were once visited by aliens and now in a technological ' advanced' time they suddenly stopped contacting us and left us a thousand 'clues'.
It only pisses me off when he says God " ". Or angels and starts laughing like a little bitch And he also asks us some idiotic questions to which the answer is very simple and logical, but he twists it and links it to aliens Hehe Rae you are such a cute little undergrad : A bachelors degree is now the equivalent of a middle school education, so don't feel so special.
I personally am about finished with my PhD, not in anthropology but rather psychophysics. Not that I need to flaunt my education, I just wanted to make it clear that I have spent a lot more time in school.
My point in my reply is that: people will believe what they will, and there will be plenty of evidence to support anything people want to believe.
I like your blog-it is very eloquently written. You must be at least doing decently in school, most undergrads only communicate in colloquial terms, can not spell and think they are fucking Indiana Jones just because mommy and daddy are paying for a [now] substandard education.
If you review some of the archaeological literature, we do not have answers or emperical evidence to support many of history's anomalies.
So who is to say it wasn't aliens? Or gods? Or just more educated people? It doesn't matter what you believe- there will be people to subscribe because most are merely sheep.
To conclude: Ancient Aliens is a good show. It is entertaining and has made the history channel millions. So, in that respect, it won : Is it factually accurate?
Yes and no. That's a lot of time to fill. Probably too much time. Really, looking at how much they've accomplished in that vast span makes you wonder what else humans could create given years and years to do it.
One wonders if we could build pyramids. But no, that's silly. Here's the problem. As anyone who's ever worked on a sitcom can tell you, after a while, you just start to run out of ideas.
On Scrubs, it seemed to happen around the same time that Elliot cut her bangs. On Ancient Aliens, well, it's tough to put your finger on it.
Recent episodes have featured such topics as "did aliens make NASA? It wouldn't make much sense to create an educational program without contributors who know what they're talking about.
What would Cosmos be without Neil DeGrasse Tyson? How, indeed, would we know what C was for if it were not good enough for the esteemed Doctor Cookie F.
He knows what C is for. He did his research. The results are in. The math adds up. This being the case, it makes every bit of sense that Ancient Aliens would have its own stable of experts in their field.
Now, given 18 seconds of thought, this raises an important question: How do you become an expert in aliens that have never been documented? The argument pretty much goes that being an authority on speculative alien history makes you a scientist in the same way that writing Harry Potter made J.
Rowling a wizard archaeologist. Fun's fun, but don't pretend you did anything besides come up with a story. Ancient Aliens has built up a dedicated fan base over the years, but you know who just might have spent more time on the series than its fans?
The people who've never seen a full episode because every time they start one, they have to go into another room and scream into a pillow.
While it may have inspired a few new Mutt Joneses to go searching for crystal skulls, it's incontrovertible that at this point, Ancient Aliens has birthed a lot more skeptics.
A cursory glance at the internet will show that there are now swaths of blogs , acres of Reddit, and hours of YouTube content dedicated to breaking down the hypotheses presented on the show.
There's even a Lord of the Rings- length documentary, Debunking Ancient Aliens , that came out in The haters have been so thorough about debunking the show, the only question left unanswered is how they managed to rain so hard on this parade.
For possible answers, please feel free to look up the Ancient Aliens episode "The Great Flood. Historically Speaking.
